Our client is an outstanding success story in the wholesale beauty sector.
They are looking to recruit an Account Executive to support a Senior Sales Manager.
As an Account Executive you will be responsible for the management of sales and relationships with a portfolio of customers ensuring the sales process runs smoothly from start to finish.
And there is real career progression available here too.
You will have good account management experience in the FMCG sector – ideally the beauty sector – or perhaps head office merchandising experience. You must have proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at any one time with a fanatical attention to detail.
You will be a good communicator – both in writing and verbally able to present and credibly influence and work with colleagues at all levels throughout the organisation. And your Excel skills and experience will be top notch!
You will be working with major accounts – major players in the retail sector.
So, on a day to day level how will you support these dynamic Senior Sales Managers?
Supporting your Manager with day to day account management across a broad customer portfolio
Admin from listing lines to coordinating images and copy and external reporting to sample sending
Analyse and review – identifying trends
Track negotiations and prices
Build strong relationships with the Buying Team to understand changes in stock, orders and deliveries
Review, process and progress orders
Create range plans and work with the Merchandising Team to update customer forecasts
Work with the Warehouse Team to request samples and packaging information
Check all orders have been picked and delivered 100% - any short orders investigate why
Track sales and report weekly sales figures including individual client sales accounts
