|Salary:||£20,000 - £23,000 plus AAT Qualification support|

It is the strength of their continued success that means they need another person to join their small finance team – ideally as soon as possible – an immediate start for the right candidate.

And there is paid for exam and study support if you are doing your AAT qualification.
The role is full time but there could be some negotiation of start and finish times of 9am to 5.30pm or the possibility of working a 4 day week – salary would be pro-rata obviously.
You will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role and must understand stock and stock taking.
So, what will your role be:
Sales and Purchase Ledger
Supplier payments – both Sterling and Foreign Currency
Processing invoices and bills promptly
Processing expenses and mileage claims
Handling account queries – issuing statements, copy invoices and credit notes
Quarterly VAT Returns
Monthly EC Sales List
Daily Bank Postings
Producing aged debtor and creditor analysis
Posting monthly journals
Assisting with monthly payroll
Assisting with Monthly Management Information
What will you bring to the role?
A love of accounts
Able to work independently and as part of a team too
Strong time management skills
Great attention to detail
Strong IT skills – Word, Excel, Accounting Systems – such as Sage and Quickbooks
Good communication with clarity
And a great personality with a friendly approach
