Our Client is a family owned manufacturing and installation firm with their Head Office in Cheshire with clients throughout the UK and Internationally.
They need a personable and experienced Customer Services Administrator to join their admin support team and be part of their continued success.
You will be processing Orders and Quotations, handling queries and providing support to a team of Regional Sales Managers – they trust me – they will appreciate the support!
You will be given full product training and there is career progression and ongoing support to achieve this.
So, what will your working day involve?
Processing orders, amendments and re-specifications
Raising Orders for electrical and building work and if required Building Notice Applications
Liaising with their Agents regarding equipment collections and cancellations and then updating the Production Team
All admin support to the Regional Sales Managers
Ad hoc admin for the Management Team
Managing the Customer Services Email Inbox
Typing weekly and monthly reports
You will have:
A great telephone manner
Great attention to detail and a pride in your work
Good IT – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
A positive attitude – flexible and enthusiastic
And enjoy being part of a small but professional Admin Team
And above all a real Customer Services mindset that is evident in all you do.
It’s a 39 hour week, Monday 8.30am - 5pm and Tuesday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm.
