And it’s Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm – no late nights, no weekends!
Our client is a solicitor based in the heart of Wilmslow. They have a dynamic Flight Delay Customer Services team - and they need another person to help with their busy workload.
You do not need to have a legal background – just solid customer services. You will really delight in providing a warm and responsive service to people – you will understand what a difference this makes.
There is career progression too here if that is for you and if you want you can get supported training and a legal qualification.
You will have lots of initiative and flexibility and want to learn new skills. You will also be great at admin, able to work to deadlines and enjoy being part of a team. You will be pro-active with a real “can-do” approach to work. You will love the variety of multi-tasking. You will have a warm and personable approach and enjoy speaking to clients.
So, what is this role all about?
You will be answering inbound client queries about Flight Delay Claims and providing legal advice
You will keep clients updated by email
You will assess claims to issue court proceedings
You will handle all incoming court post
If you have some interest or knowledge of the airlines and the travel industry this would be a real plus but it’s really all about superb Customer Service.
