|Salary:||£50,000 - £70,000|
Our client is a major player in the wholesale beauty sector – well established and a company that grows year on year. They have established a new division to capitalise on the growth of their Brands and as a result have some exciting opportunities.
A key appointment is that of International Sales Manager with the potential and ambition to step into a Director role at some point in the future.
PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN COSMETICS AND OR FRAGRANCE SECTOR TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
Reporting to the Brand Director you will have an entrepreneurial mind set with real commercial acumen able to work in a collaborative environment and bring passion and energy to the role.
You must have a proven track record of Export/International sales in the US and Canada along with Europe, Asia and EMEA. You will be confident working and developing through a branded FMCG company able to manage a distribution network.
Your experience with Retailers will include Ulta, Sephora, AS Watson amongst others able to demonstrate proven relationships with fragrance distributors, perfumery retailers and drug stores worldwide.
You will also have full P&L experience being strong and capable in your financial management.
And, of course, you will be used to international travel.
Main Responsibilities are:
Primary contact for partners and retailers across the world – except the UK
Building and strengthening all existing relationships with Distributors and Retailers
Building lasting relationships with new customers and distribution partners by way of sales, networking and research
Negotiating terms and conditions with all partners
Managing and controlling the implementation of brand strategies
Producing regular forecasts and targets
Being totally market aware
