Their continued growth means that we are looking to increase their Litigation Team with someone who has not just the experience but has a real proactive and positive approach to their work, their clients and their colleagues.

You will need at least 2 years experience as a Litigation Fee Earner in PI/RTA handling a volume caseload and will pride yourself of quality of legal expertise you offer your clients.
You will truly understand that there is a strong customer service element to all customer facing aspects of your job, having a style of working that is truly service driven.
You will be a clear and concise communicator.
You will have a warm, approachable, friendly manner and enjoy talking to people from all walks of life.
You will also appreciate working with cutting edge IT.
Day to day you will be:
Handling mainly Fast Track Litigated Caseloads – with some complex injuries and LVI Fraud and MIB
Assuming conduct of RTA portal drop cases
Risk assessing cases for litigation
Investigation liability and assessing quantum of claim
Thorough investigation and risk assessment of new claims
Drafting and issuing of legal proceedings
Conduct of litigation to fast track trial
You will be familiar with the changes implemented post 01.04.13 and be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of CPR. You will be confident using MOJ portal and the pre-action protocol.

The Bonus earnings here are outstanding. Average bonus is over £15K however the top Executives are achieving £25,000 plus– and bonus is uncapped so it is up to you and your expertise how much you can earn here.
