Role:National Account Manager - Fragrance
Salary:£40,000 - £48,000 plus bonus
Location:Trafford Park
 

Our client is a major player in the wholesale beauty sector – well established and a company that grows year on year.

 

Their Brands side of the business needs an experienced National Accounts Manager who has the presence and experience of building relationships with major fragrance retailers such as Boots and Superdrug.

 

You will be the main interface between the brands and nominated National Account groups working with Boots, Superdrug, The Perfume Shop and The Fragrance Shop.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Stock and Events:

Ensuring smooth running of stock replenishment process and liaising with Operations team

Managing correct par levels for each store in the National Accounts Group

Successfully sell-in the Marketing Programmes to maximise store support

 

Retail and Wholesale Budgets:

Achieve agreed retail and wholesale targets

Monitor and forecast performance

Develop and implement activities and tailored trade plans

 

Communications

Effectively build relationships with each National Account Group team and business

Ensure effective communication and activity between Brand Management and Field Sales Team

 

Operations and Logistics:

Seek improvement in operating efficiencies -  particularly stock replenishment systems

 

Store Visits:

Regular store visits to key stores

 

Competitor Activity:

Monitor and communicate competitor activity and performance

 

Projects:

Implement and complete as requested by Head of Brand and Creation

 

You will be:

Commercially aware and able to drive business performance

Experienced in retail sales management within National Accounts sector of the cosmetics and fragrance industry

Able to demonstrate your ability to manage wholesale sales across multiple accounts

An effective communicator – able to adapt to a range of audiences

Able to rapidly respond to changing demands

Have superb Excel abilities

 

 

You will be ideally based in the North West but there may be some flexibility.
