Our client is a major player in the wholesale beauty sector – well established and a company that grows year on year. They have established a new division to capitalize on the growth of their Brands and as a result have some exciting opportunities.
They are looking for Brand Manager with creative flair, vision and an enthusiastic and organised approach who conducts themselves with confident and aplomb.
PLEASE NOTE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN COSMETICS AND IF THIS ALSO COVERS THE FRAGRANCE SECTOR – ALL THE BETTER.
Reporting to the Brand Director you will have an entrepreneurial mind set with real commercial acumen able to work in a collaborative environment and bring passion and energy to the role.
It is envisaged that the Senior Brand Manager will be promoted to Marketing Manager within 12 months – so make this role your own -then move up.

Agency management – research, communication, PR
Consumer focus and understanding
Knowledge of Digital Marketing
Strong product sensibility with development skills
Licensor Management skills
Able to present to multiple cultures
Owning the areas of branded fragrance and supporting the Brand Director in managing Brand Owner relations, your day to day role will be:
Own the overall Brand P&L – presenting the annual budget and strategy to the Leadership Team
Supporting the Brand Director in relationships with Brand Owners
Obtaining sign off for all creative assets and communication tools for markets
Being the Champion and Expert on translation into fragrance/beauty category of Brand
Maximising potential of fragrance license to achieve sales, profitability and market share targets
Be a Brand Expert – champion news and initiatives
Define Worldwide RRP strategy
Support Sales Account Managers on Key Account visits
Attending trade shows
You will also work on Communications and Marketing from POS to PR/Social Media develop strong relationships with key Distributors and Partners. You will create assets and marketing materials for trade marketing purposed.
And you will work closely with the NPD team on all product development.
Finally, you will work with Commercial, Design, Finance teams with annual brand planning and budgets.
