They need to recruit a key role in the business – a Manager for their Sales Progression Team.
This role is for an experienced Conveyancer/Sales Progressor who can manage a successful team – maintaining and developing high standards.
Although this is a conveyancing role the rewards are akin to a sales role – you will get bonuses, plus social events and holidays for meeting and exceeding the processing targets for you and your team.

So what will your role be?
Managing and overseeing the Sales Progression Team
Looking after your own portfolio of property completions – but not too many as your main focus is your team
Delivering training to the team – both group and one to one
Monitoring KPIs for your team – highlighting any areas of concern
Recruitment for your team
Liaising with Vendors, Purchasers, Solicitors and Financial Advisors and other Estate Agents
Ensuring clients are always fully updated with the progress of the sale
Developing a strategic plan for the department and your team
Reports for Senior Management – daily, weekly and monthly figures
What will you bring to the role?
A strong conveyancing background – you will be dealing with sales and purchases throughout the UK – including Scotland
Good communication skills
Ability to communicate at many different levels from your team to the Board internally and externally from Vendors and Purchasers to Property, Financial and Legal third parties
A strong proactive approach
A natural leader and motivator
