You will be ready to be a pivotal Board Member of one of the fastest growing wholesale and retail companies ensuring their continued success.
Your Experience and Your Role here will be
Used to being part of the board – ideally a Group Board Team
Owning the customer and customer interface with Group brands, channels and service offering
Developing and implementing Group sales strategy across key market segments so the company identifies and optimises a clear path to aggressive growth
Ensuring full visibility of the sales strategy and its performance across the leadership team and the group as a whole so they are aligned with sales and marketing plans
Sales Forecasts and Sales Plans
Budgets and performance targets
Analysing and reporting pipeline and lead data – providing key business insights
Line manage, coach and motivate sales teams
Empower, inspire, support and develop your teams
Customer relationships with major clients that work, deliver and grow
Able to deliver reports to the Board on sales, growth, customer experience and market commentary
