Receptionist/Administrator

Location: Altrincham

Salary: £23K - £25K

There is a team of Accountants who are looking for someone to be there “lynchpin” keeping the team organised and their clients made to feel welcome.

We need you to be a Receptionist/Administrator who likes people and working with figures and someone who can be the “glue” that keeps the team together.

It’s a working Monday to Friday 9 to 5 role based in very nice offices and there’s free parking too.

So what will your working week look like?

Making clients and visitors feel welcome

Organising refreshments for meetings

Making appointments and confirming meetings

Answering incoming calls with warmth and professionism

Typing letters, emails, invoices and engagement letters

Monitoring and ordering stationery

File management

Petty Cash

Assisting with some basic bookkeeping and VAT returns using a cloud based accounting system.

What will you bring to the role?

A personable approach to work – lots of warmth and empathy

Previous good all round admin and reception experience

An aptitude for figure work

Good MS Word

Good organisational skills

Good with the bigger picture and the detail

An appreciation of being part of small but successful team

And if you have experience of any cloud based accounting system/s that would be appreciated but this is easily trainable.
