July 2020 – we were just emerging from the first Lockdown – my business like many had been closed since March 23rd and, like many businesses we were uncertain how the world of work would start to function.
I was blessed to be recommended to Mark D.
Mark is an Engineer by profession and an Entrepreneur by nature.
Mark had bought a Crane Hire business at the start of 2020 – it was successful but Mark had plans to build and capitalise on this success.
Mark is a man with true values – both personally and professionally. His totally switched on HR Consultant had put in place values for the company so they were becoming a bedrock of their culture and basis for future growth. It was important that these values became a part of the recruitment process and as we identified with them ourselves it was a delight to incorporate them in our selection and interviewing processes.

- 2 x Technical Sales Managers
- 2 Trainee Crane Hire Drivers
- 1 Depot Administrator
These have been across both locations.
