The One We Can Say Very Little About!

Back To Case Studies

I got a call from Paul who runs the best Networking for Directors (in my opinion) in Manchester and the conversation went like this:

The Phone Call:

You remember meeting Olivia (name changed) who has the Events company?

Yes of course

She needs a PA

I will contact her and arrange to go and take a brief and get working on it.

The Meeting:

I arrived somewhere deep in the Cheshire countryside – a beautiful building with a couple of companies based there.

Olivia met me at Reception and I realised we were not going into an Events company but a high profile sports management company.

I had a meeting with 4 key stakeholders who were acting on behalf of the very high profile CEO who was the person who needed not a PA but an Executive Assistant.

Discretion in this piece of recruitment was to be all.

I was picking up the pieces following a bad hire from another agency so had a lot to prove not just for myself and my company but the recruitment industry as a whole.

The Result:

The recruitment was successful and a high level male EA who had previously worked between the North West and London was appointed.

And that’s all I can tell you.

We can do High Profile Recruitment with discretion and if required NDA agreements too.
